  • Rice cakes with nut butter

  • Crudites with hummus

  • Banana (solo or spread with a little nut butter)

  • Any fruit + around 10 nuts

  • Oat cakes with Philadelphia

  • Few olives or a bit of cheese

  • Naked bar

  • Snack a Jacks mini pack

  • Square of dark chocolate & berries

  • Protein shake – I use Kin Nutrition whey protein but any will do! It’s worth doing your research and buying a good quality protein.

  • Protein pancake spread with nut butter

  • Energy balls: blitz medjool dates with oats, protein powder or flour & nut butter. You can add other things like chia seeds if you want!
