I help busy mums lose weight sustainably around their hectic lifestyles with specific strategies I’ve developed specifically for busy mums.

8 weeks of initial Group Coaching - £299
Next intake starts 27th January 2025*
Whats included:
Workouts: programmed home and/or gym strength workouts (changed every 4 weeks)
Movement: a step count target and/or cardio goals
Nutrition: a personalised video nutrition review via Whatsapp voice note (following submission of a 3 day food diary) with key action points for a calorie deficit & Emily Samson's Nutrition guidelines document
Access to my app with easy-to-access/view and understand workouts
Access to 'The Vault' via the app with recipe suggestions and key guidance videos: intro/training/nutrition/mindset
Q&A - weekly Zoom for all clients to answer questions and provide further food diary reviews/meal plans (playback will be available)
Private Whatsapp group where you can ask questions and support each other along with asking my advice, share progress, recipes, wins/struggles - power in numbers!!
Weekly 1-1 check-ins with WhatsApp voice note feedback from me to ensure you are moving forward towards your goal
Extra 1-1 coaching calls with me can be purchased if required.
