This is my second time working with Emily. I worked with her in person 6 years ago before my wedding and again now this time online 5 months after my second child. I have learnt so much working with Emily, she is amazing and has so much knowledge and has been so patient with me & so encouraging. She’s helped me re-learn so much about nutrition which is exactly what us mums need to keep our energy going.
I have managed to fit in my workouts as and when I could and I’ve made huge progress. I know now that I can take it more slowly and actually the weight will stay off. When I have quieter weeks I can really push and when I’ve got really busy weeks or the kids are sick or something I can hold off a little bit more & I know it’s not going to affect my weight loss long term. I started a programme with Emily a year after my 2nd child. I was ready to finally get exercise back into my life and feel good, but to honest I could ‘never find the time’ - more like I didn’t have the motivation and I didn’t know what my postpartum body could achieve.

I’d lifted weights in the past, before having kids and enjoyed it but I didn’t feel confident starting again. Emily’s approach and tailored-plan for me to do at home was a revelation. It is realistic for fitting into my busy weeks and she starts you off slowly and it builds up each week, so in a couple of weeks I felt myself getting stronger and doing 2 workouts a week at home is totally doable for me.

I love Emily’s approach to keeping it simple: weights, steps, fat burn - she explains everything so well and I felt so supported throughout all the workouts and she’s always on hand to answer all my questions. Emily has so much knowledge and really knows how to achieve results, and most importantly understands being a busy mum. She provides you with all the tools you need to keep up a sustainable training programme and if feels amazing to feel stronger and fitter!
It’s taken me 35 years to figure out an approach to fitness that works for me, and I have to give full credit to Emily - a total legend, and one of those women who end up truly re-shaping your life. I work a crazy schedule, running my own business, and I HATE gym environments - working out a home with the support and sisterhood of a brilliant coach has been game-changing.

The only times in my life that I’ve felt good physically have been, counterintuitively, when I’ve been at my most unhappy places. To have reached a place where I genuinely look forward to working out, or needing out about protein (!), is quite mind-blowing to me. I’ve just reached the end of working with Emily, and just this week we reflected on my before-and-after photos. It’s like a different person; and not just in terms of body shape.

I wish I’d found Emily sooner, but it’s all good - we’re here, and as she always says: once you nail the ‘learning’ part of this, you have it for life!

First time in at least 5 years I’ve felt comfortable in a bikini! So grateful to Emily for working with me for the last three months and turning this little pork scratching into someone stronger! Emily is very proactive and has definitely instilled the level of accountability I was looking for as I returned to sports post-pregnancy. She understood my needs straight away and encouraged me to build strength slowly, even when I was tempted to go all out straight away (and would’ve most likely injured myself in the process). I was amazed about the results I achieved halfway through my 12-week programme, just with consistent and very manageable workouts that were fairly easy to incorporate in my day-to-day. I’m very grateful for Emily’s support and would recommend her without any hesitation.
Two years after the birth of my second baby, I was still struggling to lose those last few kilos, to get back in shape. I’d never had a personal trainer before, but after so many failed attempts, I decided to take the plunge and join Emily’s online training in the lead up to Christmas. It was one of the best decisions I took last year. 

Emily is really knowledgeable and she was brilliant at tailoring a plan that worked for me in every way: my fitness goals, the frequency and lengths of the workouts I could realistically do, and the equipment I had at home. She was amazing at motivating me, keeping me accountable and providing all the support I needed along the way. Her YouTube and Instagram videos were also a great resource whenever I needed to make sure I was doing the exercises right.

As someone who had never weight trained before, at the beginning I felt slightly disappointed I wasn’t losing any weight. However, the side-to-side pictures we took every week were all the proof I needed that my effort was paying off! I loved how my energy levels increased and the much needed “me time” the workouts provided. But the best thing was feeling how much stronger I got every week — exercises I would struggle to do a few reps at the beginning, I had doubled or tripled the reps and weights by the end of the programme. 

If you’re looking for someone to help you on your fitness journey, I cannot recommend Emily enough!!
Emily’s guidance and support has been invaluable. The difference for me in being able to achieve the results I wanted to was being accountable to someone. Her support and enthusiasm were faultless. Emily has changed my whole mindset towards exercise and this is something that will stay with me forever.
Emily has a method that worked extremely well for me and my lifestyle. Based on what I wanted out of the sessions (to lose a bit of weight and gain muscle!) and my hectic schedule, she was able to create a balance between tailored PT sessions, at-home workouts and meal suggestions that made me shred up...I’m so impressed with the weights workout and simple tweaks that she’s suggested for my diet, that I continue both as part of my daily life now. She’s such a pro, I really enjoyed every minute!
Having committed to the online plan, I wasn’t sure how much could be achieved with gyms being closed (during the pandemic), but I was absolutely thrilled with the results. In a few weeks I gained so much strength and lost inches from all over. My approach to diet and exercise has completely shifted and I am so grateful to Emily for coaching me through the process. I would definitely recommend working with Emily to anyone who wants to see positive change in the way they feel.
Working with Emily was a total eye opener about foods, the labelling and the extra ingredients used in processed foods. Eating while whole foods has made me feel so much more better. More energy and also revered my low iron levels. In this process I was eating better and changing my body shape with weights. I now feel I like a stronger version of myself and this is far better than a number on the scale.
I started training with Emily six weeks after having my second child. I don’t think words can do justice how much Emily just got it. She really understood how to balance my postnatal needs and my needs for an endorphin hit. She listened to me when I felt I could push further, but I trusted her to recognise if I was at risk of overdoing things in the context of my postnatal issues. I really enjoyed my sessions and found her attitude to be so motivating - she seemed genuinely as pumped as I was with each bit of progress I made.
I had never properly trained with weights before and wasn’t sure where to start. Working with Emily gave me the confidence and skills to know how to properly workout and how to generally improve my fitness and well being. I feel strong and steadily more confident in my body as the weeks go on and I always look forward to training. Emily makes the sessions fun, challenging and most importantly achievable whatever your level of fitness - I could not recommend her more!
Before Emily, I had never been very active, I had never played any sport when I was young and as an adult was really struggling to incorporate working out into my daily life. Emily not only whipped me into the best shape of my life in three months (for my wedding) but has instilled in me a new found love of working out that I believe will last me a lifetime. My wedding has since happened and I have no plans to stop working with Emily.
