I help busy mums with limited time lose weight with specifically designed tried and tested strategies through my carefully curated Fit Mum Formula.
I work closely 1-1 with new clients for a period of 8 weeks initially to get the absolute best results. This is almost me coming into your life to help you lose weight no matter what (without hounding you!), but it's very hands-on. Clients then have the option to carry on monthly with me to either maintain their results or keep going with weight loss if required.
Every mum's situation is unique & a lot of the 'old' fat burn strategies that may have worked pre-kids don't always work now....and that's why you may be struggling (having not previously struggled!).
The key difference between my online coaching & many other online coaching products is the high level of 1-1 WhatsApp support I provide.
I am concerned with getting the absolute best results possible for my clients & work hard to achieve that, so my 1-1 online coaching service is a high support and high accountability product.
I only work with clients who are 100% ready to get the best weight loss results, therefore I have open lines of communication with me Monday-Friday 8am-6pm.
From experience, this is the most efficient and effective way to achieve the weight loss results my clients are all after and it's the only way I currently work with clients.

5 x 1:1 30-minute coaching Zoom calls with me (weeks 1/3/6/9/12)

Ensuring you are achieving a calorie deficit through training, movement & nutrition (for fat burn)
Access to my training app with easy-to-access/view and understand workouts
Access to my online resource hub (with loads of educational information & nutrition-like recipes)
Progress tracking & weekly check-ins to ensure everything is on point & we are always moving towards achieving your goal
